This nonprofit direct aid social services organization needed to refresh their brand. Our discovery phase exposed inconsistencies in not only the visual communications, but in their service language and the overall message. Consequence helped the SVDP team to re-imagine and repackage their service offerings in a way that helps donors, volunteers, and the public understand what the organization does, why it is unique, and most importantly, the value the organization brings.
